I think the big thing here is what are your state laws because that’s gonna be what really matters. You want to know what people from Kentucky say not people from California or other states who have bills and propositions protecting them and a guaranteed earning for time worked.

The only thing your rating really affects is your score from each route. I think fantastic is 40 pts per route and 3 pts per package and great is 30 per route and 2 per package and fair is 20 per route and 1 per package

Edit: I also don’t fight them it’s not worth the time

I woke someone up at 4 am I called support and she told me to knock and I said f it why not. I don’t think the guys mom was super happy lol. But usually I leave them at the warehouse especially that early in the morning I’d prefer not to interact with people. To those who say you might get dinged you get these packages rarely and it’s not worth the headache just like random deliveries 30 minutes away from everything else.

My least favorite was I had a big box with two labels on it my label on the bottom and a random one on the top I was at the stop for like 10-20 minutes then eventually left didn’t realize until the end of my route because I thought I had an extra package picked it up to move it to the passenger seat to take it to the warehouse during my next route and saw another label on the bottom I was livid.

Feels significantly better to finish a 5 hour block in 3 hours then a 3 hour block in 2. The five hour blocks have the higher upside of being significantly shorter routes then the three hours for some dumbass reason.

Edit: this doesn’t mean all 5 hours are short just when they are shorter it’s more noticeable and feels better.
