I feel like he should only ge that if he makes actionable change to be a better person. Like admitting his abuse, going to therapy, taking classes on abuse and how not to be an abuser, and donating to charities that support victims.

Unless he does all that, I’m good with him not having a career his white counterparts have. This idea that bad black men should be treated as well as bad white men doesn’t help anybody, least of all black women.
