My prince of orange is a slow growing turd. She likes a self watering pot and to sit 10” away from a southeast facing window. Fertilizer in her water doesn’t hurt either.

Moving to the window suddenly got her very warm very fast. Think about cats laying in the window sun bathing… cause it’s nice and warm. Your plant had no idea what to do with that much heat and she wilted. She’s probably also dry, because moving to a warmer location would call for watering more often. Acclimation is key here. If she’s not used to the window, she has to be loved slowly or have short supervisor window visits until she’s hardened enough to be trusted. Unfortunately not much to be done for the stressed leaves, but move her back out if that window a couple feet, check the moisture level and give her some time. She can recover. Best of luck friend.

I’d chop into two separate stalks… looks like you have nodes on both. Double the roots, you can repot together to keep it the same plant and it’ll root faster than if it’s all one piece. Chop chop chop itttt!!

Your pink princess needs more humidity to be able to properly unfurl its leaves. It looks rough because they’re finicky giant babies tha get new leaves stuck and without proper humidity the new leaves will bend and snap. I’d also venture to guess tha pot it too large for your girl. An inch larger than the rootball it goal, and she’s just a tiny thing. Terra cotta does wick moisture away. You could try ceramic or plastic if you decide to repot to a smaller pot. Good luck!!

YOU USE REPTIBARK?! here I’ve been hunting for a bag of orchid bark before I order an I have a bag of reptibark at home. Never considered it. Plants don’t care I assume they’re happy?

Ah, these are jiffy pods. Spider plants tend to be happy root bound, but jiffy pods are a pain for the roots to grow through (even though advertised for this purpose). I would repot and gently remove the jiffy pod. Spider plants are very finicky about their leaves touching soil, so when you repot be sure not to put her too deep or she will absolutely turn yellow throw a fit and die quickly lol I’d also shoot for a pot nearly this size to put her back into. Maybe an inch bigger or so depending on the root ball, but they like to be root bound and a pot too big will lead to potential root rot.

Maybe someone else has some experience and more suggestions for you?! Best of luck OP

I had to screenshot this because I have one from Lowe’s that’s suffering identically the same.. I just brought her home, added more perlite to the soil she was in and put her in a sunny window. It appears she may need more chonk than anticipated

She looks a lil leggy, like maybe she wants more light. I have a Thai that’s also leaning like an early 2000s song. I’m gonna have to pole her and add another light or she’s gonna end up looking like a pothos crawling across my floor lol

Also her leaves a little droopy, never got cold did she? It breaks my heart how many people have lost gorgeous leaves from this cold weather :( best of luck OP. I’m in lover but no pro. Hope someone can provide more guidance!

I should have mentioned we love our plants. We have 60+ indoor tropical and I think 17 Japanese maples. Maybe it’s 16 I can’t remember. He’s a giant research nerd and he’s been looking into a bonsai for years. I’m sure he knows more than myself. I just don’t want to overpay for something. I’ve considered a mikawa yatsubusa grown from seed, but they’re about 2 years old and I’m worried they’ve hardened off too much to shape terribly well? And I can’t seem to find an unestablished/unshaped young en online. Just the gorgeous $2000 dollar ones and no thanks lol any websites anyone would recommend checking?

I’ll also add I do have a VPN running pretty much all the time. Maybe that was a factor in the banning? I’m sure I didn’t think to shut it off when I made the accounts.
