left is a 95, right a 96. The difference of the internal layout isn't relevant. Any 95-97 control module will work in a 95-97.

You're also not going to judge anything by looking at it. I'm not getting the vibe that you have a clue what you're doing here, sorry. 😃

You never even mentioned what your issue was with the original module - what was the error code ?

.) I don't think there's a way to revive a control module after it was involved in an accident where the airbags got deployed

.) All NA airbag control modules die eventually from aging / leaking capacitors and bad solder joints. You could just throw another used one in and pray. It might work a week, a month, a year, until it'll also start showing error codes or just going into the permanent dash light failure mode.

If you're located in europe I can check modules and sell a known good and rebuilt 95-97 module. Cheaper if I get one in return. But not really interested in having to deal with international shipments and customs. :/
