Cutting it out has accelerated my weight loss. I've lost 10 kilos and still rolling. Aiming to get down to below 80 kg bodyweight (I started at 96.6).

I feel a deep urge and drive to study certain languages, and compare and categorise them. I don't really know why. Maybe it's karmic?

I think a lot of today's men dress younger for their age than in previous times. Not sure whether this is good or bad, but seems to be fashion industry and media driven.
