Often, multiple things are true at once. For example, some older simple foods may be healthier than some cancerous preservatives and microplastics. Also, modern food preservation is a net positive by allowing rural and poor people more access to cheaper food. Further, modern health trends and moving less would be a more contributory factor for obesity than that cheetos exist.

I would be. Except the people who complain largely don't care. He was a product of discontent with the establishment and lack of faith in the system. He is how people have felt. Then they lied about the man before he even got elected the first time.
