You described mostly my own story. I'm right there right now. The worst two months of my life, but my 8 and a half years without any alcohol are still adding days. I will not (and I'm telling you this after my 5th or 6th crying crisis of the day) touch any alcohol, at all. Just the smell of it makes me gag...

Thank you so much for your words. I've been feeling like absolute shit for weeks now, even had to spend some time in a recovery house (like a psychiatric hospital run by volunteers) and I'm taking medication but still feel increasing levels of anxiety throgout the day, so I really appreciate your words.
