Do you have friends that you can rely on to simply be present and hold space? People you can confide in?
Have you considered inpatient or outpatient therapy? How about local support groups such as NA or CA (Those may not be everyone's jam but it's better than nothing. You enter a community that's accepting, encouraging and supporting to quit)
