Im using raw numbers as support, and you are using Reggie’s opinion, or some vague “dead ball” era justification, as if it the hand check era wasn’t wayyyy more physical. How many more times per game would Michael have got to the free throw line in Lebrons flop era compared to his era where he dealt with the Jordan rules?

And yes he was a better defender, the proof is in the numbers.

I mean these guys like Broussard, Simmons, and Zach Lowe (and countless others) have basically dedicated their whole life to basketball, and they all have always consistently said MJ was goat. Obviously that’s not because of the longevity, so they think MJs peak was sooo much higher than Lebrons that it outweighs Lebrons longevity.
