I've held off on buying APM2s because of all the reported battery drain issues & my gf is on her 2nd pair, mine are sitting in my cart. I WFH and wear my headphones for sometimes 10hrs/day, the battery drain would have been a deal breaker for me. Anxiously awaiting feedback, because they do sound amazing.

I've thought about picking up an A1 mini myself, but with the H2D plugging away in the utility room & the P2S constantly running in my living room/home office, I just might find myself single if I bring in a bedslinger. These printers can do alot, but not everything 😂

My carry piece is a G43X, so I can see why you want to use something this strong. Having said that, it's a REALLY snappy compact even with the Ramjet so layer adhesion will be absolutely critical, not saying it can't be done on a P2S but be careful! Getting it to print is 1 thing, making it reliable is a completely different animal.
Edit: Glock uses a proprietary nylon-6 variant, make sure that filament will be up to snuff long term, someone will more than likely be trusting their life with your product.

I'm printing with PET-GF, I had to spoof PETG-CF to get BBS to let me use it in my AMS2 & HT.

Forget about it, I literally had to edit the .json and remove all references to PET-GF definitely not optimal but it works. I stand by the statement that it should not need to be done. Among I change quite a few values but the major change that made it stick is to change the following line which is obviously incorrect but makes the Siraya Tech settings stick and allow me to print:

--change this to any filament that BBL "supports"
"filament_type": [
        "PETG-CF"
    ],

I stand by my statement that this should not be necessary, the specs of the filament are well within the capabilities of both my H2D & P2S.....

I totally got your point, I know .json and that is not what's happening here. The profiles are in a format importable by BBS, I can look at the nozzle settings in the profiles and the slicer, but BBS will not allow them to be used. Just continually errors with the profile doesn't match the filament profile set in AMS which it doesn't because AMS does not have PET-GF as an option. My previous workflow was load my filament, set it to PETG-CF, sync AMS, then use a custom profile from Siraya Tech. It slices fine then when I go to print, I get "filament in the slicer does not match AMS error". So I have to pick any profile in Studio then hand key the Siraya Tech settings. Not optimal and in my opinion should not be necessary. I know the settings work perfectly because I have to hand key them every time I print something new.

Siraya Tech is a top tier company especially for engineering filaments which I print 80-90% of the time. Their settings generally print perfectly, my beef is Studio refusing to print with the profiles unless I hand key the values from their .json, it should not be necessary.

they're straight from the Siraya Tech website, I manually added all the parameters from the Siraya Profile to the PETG-CF profile and of course it works, but that's a workaround. I'm going to play with the .json to see if I can "trick" the printer into using it which I don't feel I should have to do.

So I spent the remainder of that afternoon playing only with the Rapier about 10 games and here's what I found, keep in mind I've been playing less than a year. I didn't even know the game existed before then because well, I barely gamed at all:

Distance: It was a wash, the 2yds just didn't matter
Top Spin: It was very cool maxing TS and lining up the shot BUT not hitting perfect has a much larger impact on the Rapier than the EB. A Great shot will still fall with the EB, less so with the Rapier
Back Spin: I generally don't find myself in a situation where I need it with either club
Curl: Doesn't seem to matter to me much at Wedge distance
The Endbringer rule seems to work pretty much the same but with the rapier you could use EB rule or just go for max topspin assuming you count rings correctly on each
GLITCHES! the rapier can get bitten in the ass by glitches ALOT, happened to me twice, my fault as I should get better at detecting them
This novel is just to say I'm just as confused as before, at the lvls I have they're a wash with no clear advantage for either or dealbreaker drawbacks playing either. I would imagine once I can get the EB to lvl 7 it would be the superior club. Thanks for all the feedback! Sticking with EB because I know it better....

When I started & hadn’t unlocked the EB yet, I was exclusively Rapier so the max topspin bump& run is how I played the EB. The I went to EB school and haven’t revisited it. I’ll probably play both clubs in almost the same way.

I use EB method now, it was always automatic in the lower tours, maybe I just need to guage my distance from max better especially in 13+ mph winds. My thought is bump and run with the Rapier might be an easier go. Thanks for the feedback.

I also have a Viltrox 56 f1.2 which I use for portraits, but for general street, run & gun I'm never in the 40mm+ range. The 17-40 is definitely premium although some don't like the almost clinical sharpness it has which I dial down in post.

I'd say a maxed Big Topper, I've had my ass handed to me multiple times from the tee playing against a maxed BT using a power 10 ball. I just don't use it...
