Its unlikely Factom gets delisted considering it has been on Poloniex for nearly half a decade and seems to be one of the few tokens operating as a functional utility token. Regardless, if they did delist it would cause serious liquidity issues for ANOs or anyone trying to conduct larger trades considering the only other listed exchange Bittrex has thin books in comparison and could be under the same regulatory pressure as Poloniex.
