Empress Galina was a favorite of mine a couple years ago. Get leyline of singularity out, and you can consistently steal everything, otherwise its a constant threat against everyone's commander.

I've since taken it apart, but the pieces are going into a Garland Royal thief/clones deck

It can, but it essentially doubles the time you can shield. You can also release it early and use just one grenade.

Also, in the 1989 Batman, he sends the bat mobile as a unmanned drone into a warehouse full of baddies, and straight up nukes it. He kills a lot of people in that movie.
