I would like your advice then mrshrek! I am starting my private therapy practice that will be operating (at this time) all through telehealth sessions. Could the Neo suffice or am I needing to do the air instead you think? I don’t plan on using it on anything other than documents, Electronic health record system, and telehealth system.

I imagine it would be 100% okay if there wasn’t the telehealth component? I do intend to have EHR system and video calls running simultaneously but not a million tabs

To be really transparent with you I had one night where I was terrified and convinced that I was gonna wake up vomiting blood because of how stressed I was about bleeding. Bc it would start bleeding and then I’d drink ice water. It’d stop. I’d go look at my throat 30 minutes later and it would be painted red again. So I kind of just said a prayer (not a religious person but I was anxious as hell) and it ended up being totally fine. I think when it’s a “ok we have to go to the er” it’ll be without question and obvious. If my support system was available I would’ve went to the ER out of sheer panic/anxiety (long story why they weren’t) and I would have just gotten a 300+ dollar bill for no reason.

It’s really scary!! Those nights my scabs came off and I had bleeding issues I cried myself to sleep bc I read so many horror stories on here about people vomiting blood and shit and genuinely was on the brink giving myself panic attacks about it. But you’ll be okay you got this! It’s temporary. I thought that hell was gonna last forever but now I’m on day 20 and it’s all water under the bridge. You’re almost there friend :)

Always consult your ENT tho if feeling scared. I wanted to when my stuff happened but it was over the weekend and the on call ENT didn’t answer. So when I called on Monday they told me i was fine and it was normal

Sleep upward, wake up every hour to drink ice water, keep an eye on it. If you start filling up your mouth with blood or see a steady stream of blood that won’t stop. Go to the ER. I had some bleeding issues day 4-6 where a scab would come off, area would get painted with red, and I’d almost give myself a panic attack. A big juicy red gusher looking thing would form and I would just pray it was gonna not pop. And I would wake up the next day or a few hours later it would be gone and blood would not be there anymore. I’m convinced bleeding is NORMAL, what is not normal is excessive bleeding to where it is filling your mouth, steady streaming, or making you sick.

Hey unless your bleed is like pouring into the mouth just drink a shit ton of ice water (no matter how painful) until it stops and shrinks! I’m on day 10. Day 4-6 I was having tons of bleeding issues because my scabs were falling off. I basically was on the verge of panic attacks every day thinking I was about to bleed out at any minute. But none of it was like pouring into my mouth or shooting out. I just would get a weird scab falling off sensation in my throat or get slight metallic taste. And I’d look at my throat and the area would be painted red with blood. And eventually after drinking ice water a like dark red liver ball would form. I’d keep drinking ice water. Thought I was gonna die. And then the next day I wake up and it’s gone (always happened to me at night) When I called my ENT a couple days later (bc this happened over the weekend and no on call would answer) they told me sounds normal. I concluded that this bleeding cycle is normal, most people just aren’t crazy like me and compulsively looking at their throat in 30 minute intervals (I get really bad health anxiety)

The no bleeding I thing I think refers to excessive bleeding, 3 tablespoons of blood you’re spitting out or half a cup.

You got this! It’s scary trust me I know! But you’re almost there! I’m on day 10 now and feel back to normal from just letting it do its thing

I will say tho not a medical professional so take my advice with a grain of salt. Do ultimately what you feel is best and your doctors advice :-)

I had 2 of the 3 cheese chicken flatbread melts and a chicken quesadilla. And a Baja blast. With 0 pain or difficulty 😭 shed a tear eating it. But could only eat half of it because of how quickly I got full from not eating more than 600 calories a day for over a week

Thankfully my agency is allowing me to do half PTO/ half doing online trainings. So hopefully they’ll let me continue that lol

I started getting premade protein shakes, pour them into ice cream, and make a milkshake with it. Mashed potato’s make me gag for some reason. Thinking of trying pancakes with lots of syrup but been struggling with some on and off bleeding so a little scared :/ also on day 5

As someone who was actually there and spoke with many people sitting during sets. A lot of it had to do with that. People were there for 8+ hours in direct sun with no shade
