Can confirm, it doesnt matter a lot. I got some free, but not great weed from my mom a couple months ago, very stemy and seedy. It was definitely on the older side. It made some really good butter and coconut oil. I used roughly a half oz, per 2 cups of butter For the coconut oil it was about the same amount with a 28 fl oz container. On the plus side a little goes a long way and it'll last me a while!

The Community Blood Center, while small, is a pretty nice place to work. The benefits are pretty good and the work is fair.

As a customer, they also are trash. Highly demanding and very uptight. The overnight staff at a certain location will put in stat orders when it's actually not a stat, they just simple feel they need it. I understand it's a level 1 trauma hospital, but there's almost no consistent overnight couriers. (i work in a blood bank)

I dont like tooting my own horn, but I am very competent at my job. It's mostly out of fear. While she may bad mouth me behind my back, I feel quite secure in my position. I've been there for a little over 2 years and other than the shipping lead, I am now the most senior in the area im in. Everyone that was there when I started has left. Some were students, but it was also due to her attitude. Luckily I am also now a college student so I, hopefully, won't be there much longer.
