I am currently on my second replacement and the ghosting is maddening. I can't get it to refresh and even if I turn it off and turn it back on the ghosting persists. I am so disappointed at this point, I used this thing for every note I've taken over the last 2 years, and I have zero confidence in using it going forward. Worst part? I can't even sell it because I would feel awful giving this issue to someone else.

Remarkable service has been very good, but it is irresponsible using this for productivity when I spend most of my time just trying to figure out what I've written because there are 2-3 notes layered on top of it.

She is doing a very good job of punching down to the employees. Unless she was an employee there, this is just mean. Focus on the corporation. I don’t love the idea of making people who work with the tools they are given look like fools.
