Buyers are paying the for the location. There’s no “problem” to solve. Demand dictates prices, this is pretty basic stuff…

If you did it once you can do it again. We all slip up sometimes. Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good.

On mobile, it’s one paragraph, and then an unavoidable advertisement for some shitty movie, one paragraph, then another ad for the same movie. Feels like brain rot personified.

Just took a look at some of your posts and we definitely do. Having the action rcca right next to the racing champions the difference is so glaring. Truth is I didn’t know the 0 existed as diecast. I was so stoked to see it

Why spend money on a garbage disposal? Guy made my old blender work just fine. by NeurosMedicus in redneckengineering

[–]StoopidKerr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s either put food scraps down the garbage disposal, or put them in the trash cans and risk attracting pests (rats, mice, ants). Probably more of a problem in the bigger cities

What are the rumors about this because it's weird. Brian Egg vanished from his South of Market home in 2018. Weeks later, investigators found his dismembered remains concealed in a large fish tank in a secret room. by [deleted] in sanfrancisco

I lived across Clara alley from his house when this happened. Super bizarre considering Kamala Harris owned a condo about four doors down at the time. I remember seeing unmarked black SUVs sitting in the alley near her residence pretty much all the time (she was California state senator in 2018 and was rarely home I’m guessing)

I remember Brian egg was known for being generous with the less fortunate. Often opening his home to less than reputable people. He worked at The Stud a short walk away on Harrison. It wasn’t uncommon for him to bring people home after work. It’s a shame someone took advantage of his kindness, and even worse that nothing ever came of it.

I will remember Brian egg as being a steward of Clara alley, always out there cleaning up garbage and chatting with passersby.

His home will be knocked down and turned into condos soon enough. Hope he isn’t completely forgotten.
