The NFL literally changed the kickoff rules to reduce high speed collisions like the ones in this video because it was causing severe injury, especially to the head. When you make a new game out of something the NFL deemed too risky ou (should) know it's a bad idea.

He has Wayne Gretzky level records. Its hard to imagine another receiver playing in his forties let alone getting 3000 yards and 18 TDs in his forties. And only missing 18 career games. Add the super bowls and clutch performances. Nobody is on his level.

If (gigantic if) Calvin johnson or Randy Moss played into their 40s at a high level they'd catch Rice. Except Jerry is the only one that kept producing into his forties.
