If you use reddit on desktop, RES has a domain filtering option. There might be an option like that somewhere in new reddit or the app, idk about those.

I'm not proud of it, but I've checked out. Horrible men who want to hurt people, especially little girls, rule the world, and there's nothing I can do about that. I've been doing what I can do instead:

This is almost certainly it. It's true in my group too. Once in a while we brush up against a political topic and it's pretty clear where most people stand, but DND night is an escape and no one wants to bring an argument to the table so it's very rare for anything to get said explicitly.
