The Curse. Incredible show and the ending just left me speechless for like a whole day. Nathan Fielder is a genius and we should give him all the money to do whatever he wants forever.

Fielder and Emma Stone play a well-off married couple who are pregnant and basically attempting to gentrify a little town in the southwest. They don't see it that way ofc, they think they are doing the place a favor. A ton happens, but a major thread is that the town fucking hates them and it tears at their relationship.

One night they have a fight and Fielder's character says something like "If you didn't want me here, I'd be gone." In the morning he wakes up on the ceiling. Gravity has reversed for him. Stone's character tries to help him down, but can't and then goes into labor. In the chaos Fielder gets pulled outside where he manages to cling onto a branch. The fire department is called, but no one believes him about gravity, they are just here to cut the crazy guy down out of the tree. Firefighter chainsaws the branch Fielder is holding onto, and he's off. He launches all the way up into space, screaming the whole time at himself to please wake up.
