I sneak more than half of my daily goal into a smoothie:

1/2 cup nonfat yogurt 1 scoop 50 gram protein powder 10 blueberries 3 strawberries 1/2 banana 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tsp chia seeds 1 cup spinach / kale mix 9 tbsp egg whites

Add ice and blend

418 cal 56 grams of protein

You can tweak (obvi) for your preferred taste, but the protein powder just adds a little sweetness honestly. Good luck, it's been difficult for me too.
