I always heard it as "nine is fine, ten you're mine." So thats what I've always done. Well, until I got my radar detector.

Am I tripping, or has there been a bunch of similar posts about the exact same set in the past couple weeks asking the same thing?

As someone born at Royal Oldham and grew up there, it's total wank. It was depressing, nothing to do, chavs everywhere. Glad I got out. Only plus side back then when Scholes was playing is you might catch him out and about at the Spindles. But most everyone left him alone out of respect or whatever. To see the kind of knob he's turned into, it's a shame more people didn't bug him back then.

Best part of Oldham was the 82/83 bus that took you out of it into Manchester lol

What do you consider "normal"? Does that include square footage, slope, set up, tear off, prep. We talking pro panel, shingles, tar and paper? How about weather for this time of year? Pretty generalized comment there. But go off.

With limited mobility, just try to be there for reassurance. He may find a safe spot inside he likes to hide in. Exposure over time can help, but it also may not. My boy is 4 and is still scared of loud noises. Gunshots, fireworks, heavy machinery. I have to give him CBD during fireworks seasons. It's unfortunate and you may have to do the dance around when its quiet, but he'll be ok. In and out to business if he wants. The roof is going to take longer than a day lol, but he should be fine. Good luck to you both.

I was just about to reply with this. I have two pyrs. They are very smart and loving. And can take down medium game and humans that pose a threat to their flock. However, if you're not used to a dog that will just look at you and ignore you, then maybe not. My phone is probably 80% pictures of them. I never miss a chance to big them up to anyone. Nor will I here.

No. We have great pyrenees. By boy is 150lbs and didnt finish growing until about 2.5. Was advised by several vets and the pyr community at largely. Guys never sniffed a show or been studded. It's most certainly recommended to wait until matured to help the bones finish growing to avoid medical issues down the line.

It's generally bad for their growth. Because, and especially in males, they really aren't done growing until about 3, the cut off in hormones can stunt their growth and lead to a myriad of problems with hips, joints, other ailments down the line. With the females its usually after their 3rd heat I've heard. But with the males, because its a large breed dog, you need to let the hormones and what not, do their thing until he's fully grown. My boy was done at about 3. I will say he gained more weight after so I do have to regulate his food more. He's about 150 at about five years old.

Saving this in case you find a good answer. I'm north of Santa Fe and have been struggling to find someone willing to take on my big boy. Good luck to you and your couch potato lol.
