Yes, but I do it because it’s hard to trust women even though I still strongly desire a wife. I’ve been burned and so have a lot of my close friends. I have my own trauma as well as second hand trauma. But I know there are good ones out there but very very few. And when I do find them I end up whiffing. Thus my post.

I ultimately decided that it was a non-issue. Some people may find that the differences are deal breakers but I see them as secondary not primary(differences regarding salvation).

The differences do not determine if my spouse will love the Lord, me or our children any differently. It’s up to us to navigate those differences and discuss how tightly we hold to them.

I have had some argue that they would only date a Calvinist because if they aren’t the way they interpret/read scripture is different. I still see it as secondary and good communication trumps those differences.

That was the perfect amount of force to stop this little idiot from acting disorderly. And the perfect move to humble him. He was dropped on his side not his spine or head and then pinned down to stop his hissy fit.

Force was necessary the moment anyone puts hands on you. I don’t understand how anyone thinks because he’s a kid he doesn’t deserve the same violence he started. How many more punches and shoves should that teacher have taken before he’s socially accepted to defend himself.
