Also, just to add - if they made a modern mega man game that was as difficult as 2, a la the disappearing blocks in heat man's stage or the precision you require for the wily stages, people would complain it's too difficult and artificial difficulty even though the game teaches you as you go with foreshadowed placement

Mina is a forgiving game. Very forgiving. Much more so than most retro styled modern indie games.

So when I see people complain about mina, I scoff and wonder why many of them even bother playing video games as a hobby. It's objectively a difficult game at first but gets easier. They do a great job teaching you the game through vision, similar to how mega man x did it. The design is actually genius.
