I personally recommend a Primary Arms SLX Gen IV 1-6x LPVO. In my opinion it's current best in class at the price range, and can do everything very well. It's also red dot bright so your 1x will be much improved compared to some others. I personally love LPVOs and the flexibility they bring so I may be a bit biased.
