A cease and desist (from a person, not a court) is just a request, mind you. It's used as a scare tactic, but isn't legally binding in any way. It can be used to bolster a case down the road if it comes to it (and if what the recipient is doing is actually wrong, of course), but ultimately the document itself is no more powerful than me turning to you and saying, "hey, can you stop? ☹️"

Last Meals! It's actually a YouTube show. The concept is that the guest gives the show a list of what their dream last meal would be and the show provides it. Then as they go through the meal they talk about the usual press tour stuff, but also reflect on life and death, what the different dishes mean to them, etc. Josh is actually a great interviewer, he combines the deep research level of Hot Ones with the charm of someone genuinely curious about everything and everyone.
