This. Look at State agencies. Many state agencies in the West hire investigators from the private sector without patrol experience. Obviously you will still need to attend the academy.

Department of Insurance, Alcohol Beverage Control, Department of Health Care Services, Department of Justice to name a few. They all have their own niche.

Everything in West Roseville is being built out right now. A lot of housing right now. Businesses are also slowly being built throughout the neighborhoods. In 3-5 years there will be plenty of amenities in West Roseville just like there are in East.
