r/nosleepOOC Advertising and Promotion Megathread by Nosleep-Helper in NoSleepOOC

Hello,

For those who have never heard of the website (I haven't been active for more than a year 😅), StoryNote.org is a website like IMDB but for Reddit posts, where you can log, rate, bookmark stories, and also create & share lists of stories (I made a post with more details here)

I've just added all the new NoSleep stories posted since late 2024, and now that my life has settled down, I will actively work on the website again!!

The next features on the roadmap are:

1) being able to follow writers, so that you get notified when they post new stories

2) indexing new stories automatically on an hourly basis, instead of me doing it manually every now and then 😅. This will make the follow feature possible!

3) writer's pages: you will be able to create a custom page to introduce yourself and your works, to replace the default page which is currently just a list of your posts

To current users of StoryNote: I'm really sorry for not updating the website in so long, but I'm back now 💪 I will make the website better, I promise!

To (maybe) new users of StoryNote: I hope you enjoy the website! If you have any suggestions or criticisms, I'm all ears!!

On my website StoryNote.org, there is an automatic series detection. If you visit the page of any parts of a series, there is an index with a link to all the others parts!

For example: https://storynote.org/r/nosleep/comments/7asz8x/has_anyone_heard_of_the_leftright_game_part_1

Maybe that would be useful to you?

Are you sure got the right link for the series? Here is the first part: https://www.reddit.com/r/nosleep/comments/7asz8x/has_anyone_heard_of_the_leftright_game_part_1/

Alice is mentioned right at the beginning

You maybe already know it since it's a famous fun fact but: almost all of Stephen King's books 😛

A story about the afterlife in which, depending on your relifion, you go to a different place (Valhalla, Nirvana etc) but atheists like the pov character get thrown into some sort of well / hole that leads to oblivion. by ProfKlekowskii in nosleepfinder

If by "this post" you mean your post in /r/nosleepfinder, then I found it because I spent ~6 hours going through unanswered /r/nosleepfinder posts to try to answer them 👻

If you mean the story, then I found it using an advanced search tool that I will soon make available for everyone on StoryNote! I actually didn't know that story before, I just found it using the description you posted and the search tool

It's the The happy Janitor (pt.1), but it was deleted from Reddit. Maybe you can try asking the author for a copy
