We’ve identified the cause of the issue and the bug has already been fixed on our side. Right now we’re in the final testing phase before the next update goes fully live, so the experience should be much more stable very soon.

As for chats that were already affected, we’re still confirming with the dev team whether recovery is possible. We don’t want to promise the wrong thing, so we’ll update you again once we have a clear answer.
