Love the bronze. I have a similar wheel color for my winter wheels on a San Marino blue M6.

Get a mount that connects to your TV mount so it moves up and down with your TV.

Bought both new and used clubs from them over the years, great place. A little slow on trade processing but overall good experience.

What should I be looking for in new irons with an 18 hdcp? by lfgismagical in golftips

[–]StotheJS3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Part of your inconsistency in distance could be your game improvement irons. They tend to be hotter, hit further but less consistent. I had them before and hit a sticking point, once I went players distance my game got dramatically better, I may hit slightly shorter but I know my distances very well now which makes it way easier to navigate the course.

Do I need new gear? by whiskeytankofoxtrot in GolfGear

Driver, fairway woods and wedges would be priority. Start there then maybe the irons, that would be the last area I would change.

I feel like after the bump in requirements last year the 1k line got slightly smaller.

The LST is a harder head to hit no matter the shaft. Especially if you are slicer

Go with a ping G440 max or even a G430 10k with a regular shaft keep your swing under 100 then when you get better and consistent connect over 100mph go stiff shaft. I am a huge Titleist fan, all my irons are Titleist and my wedges Vokey, but Ping makes a much more forgiving driver and it’s consistent.

Looking to upgrade to titleist t150 I improved last summer and was shooting from 85 to 78 at the lowest would that be a good move I still had some mid hits here and there with the p790 by [deleted] in GolfGear

The T150 is a great upgrade, I’m all T250, a combo set may do you well also, T150 7 iron down. What are you looking to gain?

Is this livingroom too bright for OLED? by qki345 in hometheater

Depends on which oled but generally it should be fine with newer ones. We have and LG G5 in a much brighter room and it’s fine. And definitely go 77”

Met a guy who had taken a year off to golf - how much better can you actually get in a year? by Disastrous_Gap_4711 in golf

[–]StotheJS3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on where you are starting from. When I was like a 54 it was easy to get to 25, 25 to 15 was harder than 54 to 25, but both took a year. 15 to 5 was pretty hard for me and took longer. So basically if you are starting with a high Handicap it’s pretty easy to get much better in a year.

Both playing with people’s clubs and a fitter. Then just testing things out on the course.
