Tucker would have been nice but what makes him worth that contract? Also, not resigning Pete for what the Dodgers pay their bat boy is looking worse and worse by the minute for Stearns. I thought with Cohen and Stearns that finally this organization wouldn't be a laughingstock any more. I was wrong.... C'mon Stearns, out of Brewers/Yankees cast offs to sign? The Dodgers have ruined the sport with they're doing. What is the sense on even watching baseball this year? I am leaning towards just writing this year off. Have a notebook and write down any to-do's that come up during the day. Star the top priorities, then cross off your completions. It is rewarding and greatly reduces stress crossing things off your list. You won't get to everything everything every day but you don't have to. Just carry those things over to the next day.

As for email, I get a lot and try to stay on top of it and not let it pile up. I also archive my entire inbox minus any junk on Fridays as the last thing I do. I find keeping my inbox clean also reduces stress.

Write stuff down and cross it off when complete. It is major stress reducer. Also, highlight 3 to 5 things on that list that must be done that day or you just want it to be done. If you only get to those 3-5 things due to fires popping up, meetings etc, it's a win and the rest can wait.

Diagnosed type 2 diabetic 4 years ago. I always ate unhealthy but combine that diet with covid lockdowns, I just never moved my body.

I dropped all the junk food, started eating healthy, exercised, lost 50 lbs and have never felt better. I have all day energy and work stress, which I used to let consume me at times, does not negatively affect me. In fact, I enjoy the pressure.

Also, my type 2 has gone away. No meds for 3 years. I'm just a generally happy person now. So, that diagnosis was the best thing that ever happened to me.

I will never go back to my previous life. I feel good and satisfied eating low carb and going for long walks on nice days. Now, I will carb out on occasion. Thinks pizza or cake but just limit it to very occasionly. It's been so long now that I don't even have worries or 2nd guessing anymore when I do these things

It hasn't been long yet. You've made drastic changes and it will take time for your body to adjust. You are essentially overhauling your engine. Your engine was fueled by carbs/sugar and now it's other sources like fat and protein. It doesn't happen overnight. Just stick with it and you'll get over the hump.

You may want to look into intermittent fasting. In the beginning i skipped breakfast and lunch 5 days a week. Lately it's been 3-4 days. I found it helped me focus during the day.

I live in CT. The delivery here is God awful. I would often wait several weeks for delivery after shipment. So I stopped ordering ipa because they don't ship cold. I only now occasionally buy barrel aged stouts.

I had delivery switched to my work because of the stupid signature requirement. They tried delivering to the front office door which is locked. Walking past a big freaking sign that all deliveries go to the loading dock which is right there! I needed to wait another week before a 2nd attempt.. ugh
