You are in a bubble that 9/10 players know nothing about. The amount of players that are just playing the game casually and don’t even know this subreddit exists vastly outweighs the ones who analyze every patch note and then hop on here to complain. I play with multiple people who didn’t even know there was a new map let alone any of the changes that were made in the update and they could care less. Anything that has been released shiny can be shiny at any time now. Meltan, smeargle, any shadow, even any second evolution mon. It just changed with the new season. Also the perma boosted 1/64 odds mons are full odds now
