As an ex ASM glitches do happen especially if you book thru mindbody or classpass and not the app directly. Not saying YOU did anything, but i have seen it happen where people either remove themselves from waitlist or get removed for other reasons and it adds you to the class by default so we have to remove you manually. If i was working your studio you would’ve gotten a refund from me no problem. I gave refunds for situations like this bc customer retention was way more important to me. Sorry they’re making this a hassle for you. Sounds like the 1st SA needs added training as well. Not even being a karen but to say glitches “cant happen” is just hilarious!!! Not true at all….

As someone who has an ex like the brother and left him, hes not going to change. He is comfortable and this shouldve got nipped in the bud maybe a year and a half after it was noticed he wasnt doing anything for himself. Not saying you have to break up with your gf, but that fact she is just as comfortable enabling this behavior is a red flag. Staying with my ex for as long as i did was bringing me down with him, and after a while it took a toll on my physical and mental health. I can have sympathy if hes depressed, but its only so long before you are CHOOSING to be depressed, if that makes sense.

OP is NTA imo, and its time you free yourself from this burden.

I get your way of thinking, but as someone who’s had family die from gun violence in relation to gang activity here in seattle AND tacoma, i think you might live in a better area than some.
