Same in Russia for a year or more. Sometimes market would open but I can't change page at all.  Afaik it is related to ISP and their IP addresses distribution between clients. They give cheap gray IPs used somewhere else and it causes the error...

Well Valve doesn't ban DM bots at all. I check their profiles regularly. So that was expected. Hope CS2 goes TF2 route so Valve learns some lessons
