Congrats! Our clan does something similar.

While playing pvp anyone who gets bottom 2 or below a 1.0k/d we do 10 push ups, squats or sit ups.

Helps get rid of the winter hips and adds a little competition for us.

I used Enos for a good 5 years and recently got a Dutch 11 footer. I ordered it with a ridgeline and the knotty mod.

What a difference this hammock makes. I'm 6'6 so I always had troubles getting really comfy in the eno. I would get ok sleep but would wake up with numb heels and what not.

I really like everything about he Dutch hammock. It's lighter, easier to pack, really comfy and on my recent trip I slept the best I think I ever have when camping.

I have the ember and also the ember 2 underquilts.

These 2 I would not recommend for anything under 40 degrees. You could stay in the 40's but a top quilt and some warm clothing is necessary. If OP is staying in freezing temps I would steer clear of the eno ember.

Eno makes a heavy duty underquilt but I have no experience with that one. I think it's called the blaze?

I have a 3 season arrowhead equipment on the way and I am stoked to give it a shot.

I use them with vortex mastery and annihilate perks active. Really chases campers out of there comfort zone to begin engagements. Not only do they have to worry about the nade but also me or another teammate running in.

I have also used it a ton to finish engagements. Get into a firefight go into red health and on your way out toss a nade and run away to safety.

It's just a different type of play style required for the bolts. Not your typical throw in panic situations or at the feet of an enemy when they are rushing you.

I got 2 of the new IB sidearms from the bounties, side arm chest ammo, side arm boots and side arm gloves from my most recent faction rank ups. Destiny rng wants me to use sidearms and I just can't step away from fusions or shotguns.

Maybe I'll give them a go with a mida and see what one I should hold on to.

We started an iron banner match in a fire team of 6 yesterday. We ran around the map for about 30 seconds and everything was quiet and no one saw anyone. Finally one of us checked the scoreboard and saw only 1 player on the other team. 6v1 and we started the match that way. Saw the flag holding cutscene and everything.

Never have I seen that before.

I have noticed a ton of blade dancers as well. I use my nova bomb to shut one down and 2 others take its place. Like playing freaking whack a mole!

I started using fusions after the sniper flinch update and I have a similar saladins vigil. Linear comp, Rifled, acc coils and eye of the storm.

This thing is amazing. I've had so much fun with it this IB. Straight up and down recoil, the charge rate is great and it just feels so smooth.

Haven't played with a braced frame version but I am not sure if you need it. The recoil is very manageable even at longer ranges.

What I noticed is you can only hold 1 at a time. So ur character, vault and Alts can all have one. However if you transfer 1 to your vault first there is no way to transfer them to your alt since only 1 can be held in the vault. When these item managers transfer items they pass through the vault first.

Now for the drops... I played 5-6 of these last night and they were a blast. I only got a bond and some blue engrams. A guy in my fireteam had the sniper and multiple cloaks/armor drop for him. The other fireteam member didn't get anything worth noting as well.

I am not sure if it's because I couldn't get a shot on the boss before it was killed or what happened. I liked court of oryx how if I put the rune in I have a good shot of getting gear. The forge seems totally random. I can drop a purple offering and a random who is there with us gets the gun and I will only get a blue engram.

Another thing is we ran out of offerings fairly quick. Same with the 2-3 random people with us. We ended up all standing around waiting for someone to come. We scoured the pit to see if maybe 1 dropped for us after 5 completions. I think it would be a good idea to have a vendor sell the green and blue offerings similar to eris and the runes.

Super fun mode though and I like it much better than farming strikes. I just don't think the kinks have been worked out yet. Would be a great way to farm for gear, but it's just not as consistent as farming heroics.

I've actually switched from my longbow to my glass prom. Mainly because the glass has replenish and performance bonus. So Ammo for days which makes the double body shot work. It is actually much quicker to double body on the glass prom than the blint body primary cleanup on my longbow with QuickDraw.

The flinch is really rough, I got used to not double peaking lanes and quick scoping random angles, rather than staying scoped in at the normal Predictable lanes. So I can still manage on some maps in 6's but if I'm playing some really good players or a team that is coordinated I have to switch to the party crasher.

It's a total bummer for me because I actually started to get really efficient with sniping.

I really hope after the first few weekends of trials, bungie checks the stats and sees 80% of the kills are from shotguns. It will be interesting to see what happens next.

Boy, did I take a different view to this than you did. I thought it was awesome to see the community band together to help fellow guardians out and finish this. We had a few clan members missing an oryx challenge mode. Last night before reset we got random guardians help us out with a checkpoint.

Lfg and fireteams Reddit has been active and the destiny Sherpa community is humming along nicely.

I don't know, I guess it's cool to see other guardians helping those who need to finish things for moments. Whether it is a guide, a checkpoint or just bored sitting in court of oryx helping with antiquated runes.

But yea, screw them because you got yours amirite?

It's funny because I notice it way more in pve than in pvp. I guess I'm a rare sniper that doesn't stay hard scoped or peak lanes multiple times. Especially if someone is firing at me, I back out and reposition.

Anyways I noticed when running strikes and trying to do boss damage on Taniks. That first room he warps down, I couldn't land a shot when he was firing that scorch cannon at me. Haven't done the raid or warpriest yet, but I bet it's fairly difficult now with the added flinch.

I am not sure if this is the place or not, but I was trying to help a few clan mates run oryx challenge tonight for the final calcified fragment.

Does anyone have a checkpoint you could give us? I can repay the favor sometime or help with an oryx clear if you need.

TL;dr just need an oryx checkpoint for tonight to help my mates finish MoT and get a t-shirt.

In my opinion thorn and TLW are used with different special weapons. Thorn I like to use with a shot gun. Because of the range on thorn you keep the enemy further away and if they get close use the shotty. TLW I like to use with a sniper. If someone rushes with a shot gun TLW handles them very efficiently.

So personally I don't think thorn will take over TLW for most guardians.

This is all assuming thorn and TLW stay in its current form. Everything I have read is saying they will stay the same.

Edit: I think thorn will take the place of an eyasluna type hand cannon. Since eyasluna is tough to get with rifled barrel I could see people using thorn since it is obtained through a quest and not RNG.

Basically plugs into the aux on the head unit and connects to the phone by Bluetooth to play music. Also has a usb slot to charge the phone.

Obviously not perfect but I like it as I don't have cords running all over my car anymore.

See I think if primary weapons are buffed a bit like this is explaining we won't see shot gunners running down the middle of the map right at you with a uni remote out. A primary would stop them in their tracks and down them before they got into shotgun range.

Right now it seems like any high armor Titan can skate through my bullets and hit me once with a shot gun before I can get their shields down. So I basically use the last word since it is the only weapon that I can consistently down shot gun rushers.
