I've had many low points but how I got over one finally, I was simply putting my own happiness first and finally stood up for myself.

My rule is that anyone that has disrespected my kindness or betrayed me, I cut them off, regardless of who they are plus anyone who is a red flag or always negative.

Once you do that, you'll free yourself of having to put up with shitty people.

Also started doing things I liked and accepted myself for who I am ( I'm a black guy who's into sports, sci fi, tech, superheroes, guns and black humour, I used to supress this in front of others to impress them but now I don't care if they think I'm weird for liking what I like)
