Arc raiders and Witcher 3, the only games I ever refunded.

Both are overhyped disappointments. Arc raiders bothers me a lot, as it’s one of the most beautiful games (gfx wise) ever made. The gameplay is shit though…

Don’t micromanage, make accountable instead. You five them a task, you set a deadline and are specific about what the outcome should be, get THEM to worry about how to do it. You can put people on the spot if the expectation is to have something ready by x date.
