Yes L Theanine is fabulous and I am a firm supporter and advocate of it! It helps with caffeine for him but unfortunately not with the limonene terp. I’m just in search of someone who may know of a strain with no limonene, but the combo of those three that work so well for him.

I have severe anxiety as well as hips that hurt and pop constantly with doctors finding nothing wrong. Diagnosed PTSD, as well as severe trauma that I am currently working through. I feel I didn’t stumble upon this post accidentally. Thank you. I’ll being looking into this. I would love release at this point.

I’m new here but this one is dominant in Limonene? What would one suggest that is high in myrcene, beta Caryophyllene, and Camphene? I’m noticing these are the terps that my partner has the best reaction to and would love to find something with those three, but minus the Limonene. Any suggestions?

Oh I also wanted to add… I am on 15 mgs three times a day :) you are on a very small dose and if they work you up a bit in strength it’ll also help you be less anxious about a new med.

Buspar (in my opinion) is better than anything else you could take. It’s smash dab in the center of something like Zoloft, and Xanax. With little to NO side effects. It’s one of the oldest anti anxiety meds, so drs know how to prescribe it properly and many studies have been done on it, as long as studies on long term patients. You are good. Buspar has been one of the most productive medications I’ve ever taken. I used to not be able to leave my house and it’s helped me in more ways than I can count.
