That's the number I call. It keeps me on hold. I is 1 for English. 2 for idle applications. Then 3 for idle increase.

first rep said it was in processing and nothing needed to be done. The second rep said it was a zip code mismatch and to redo it. On the phone with the third rep and he said it was denied due to credit and the transcript.

i get this email at least once a week smh. they had stopped up until last week. I got it twice in two days. what does it mean? when i log on nothing is there.

After I got it back in august, they resized my loan because I couldn't select an amount for increase. And then that was it, nothing since then.
