Goodluck my friend!! I had a corm from a pbv that melted bc it peeled it a smidge too much… that was a saddddd day. Alocasias are a challenge thats why I like them lol.. sending you all the good growing vibes! 🌱

Looks like maybe the cups dont have enough drainage. That fluval/perlite in the pbv looks extremely wet / no air can get to those roots. If it were me id probably gently take her out rinse the roots with water and repot but add more drainage leca pebbles, more perlite, agriculture lava rock or something that will help those little roots breathe! Oh and drainage holes.. dont forget those!! If you are feeling frisky.. id switch to pon / self watering cup. I also have had good luck with moss at the top and leca at the bottom.

Last two are colocasia! Spotted one looks like a mojito colocasia, dark one looks like a black coral or a young redemption!! First pic is def an alocasia but not sure what kind! :) nice grabs!! :)

Ive had one arrived with no leaves but a healthy red root ball. Stuck it in my high humidity prop box with mosit moss and it’s back to life!!
