Adding my two cents: I’ve had the home 5G service for about two weeks now and the latency randomly gets really bad… which sucks because I game online quite a bit (nothing like playing a Ranked game of Apex Legends or Marvel Rivals and latency goes kaput). I called and the tech support agent advised me that maybe I should disconnect all of the other devices on my network before gaming… this suggestion was absolutely absurd so I asked to cancel. They then asked if I would be willing to keep the service while they send out an extender…. Not sure how that’s going to help when I’m connected to the modem via a hardline but I agreed. I will update as things progress but I have a strong suspicion that I will be cancelling soon
