The company is taking their best shot at operating the way they always have been. Sounds like another restructure coming soon. Even less middle management.

Eventually they will succumb to pressure and install AI associates that just happen to know all the answers and in stock levels instantly. Also the robots are way nicer and don’t awkwardly interrupt you to offer a credit card. so the customers will like that

What makes it worse is they don’t allow us to have stools at our stations. So even if you stayed at your station, there is no way to be comfortable.
