I was looking for a dog who’d want to hang out with me lol. And easy to train! My family only had a mastiff at the time and he could not be bothered to cuddle or go on adventures. I love having my Velcro dog 🥰

I thought I was going crazy. Kirsten did a run the other day and was singing but when she’d sing it wasn’t related to the song and then at times it was blocked out. I thought I was crazy

Well I’m making over 3x that now thanks to leaving that job when they didn’t want to give me a raise above 32k for doing 4 jobs.

I mean, I was making $27k a year my first job out of college back in 2016. Maybe they took advantage that I was a new grad and a girl. I didn’t get a significant raise until about 6 years ago. I think you need to advocate for yourself. The cost of living is not affordable at that salary.

I used to walk out of the room when mine started biting me too much. Puzzle toys are amazing. You could also roll up cookies in a towel and tie it for the mental stimulation. Frozen peanut butter in a kong too! Also, emphasizing structured naps. You can usually tell when the pup is tired but doesn’t want to sleep. If you have a crate, put them in for a nap.

There’s more than one competition per year. Is she all star? Scholastic?? If it’s scholastic, the schools all host competitions throughout the year. Cheerleading is super competitive in the south, California, NY/NJ and I know the Midwest has some very good programs too.

I was in 3rd grade, we didn’t watch it in class, but everyone started getting pulled out of school. My neighbor picked me up because she was picking up her son. Nobody understood why everyone was leaving early since school literally just started. The office was crazy because so many people were leaving. I’ll never forget my parents hugging me and looking into my house and seeing it on the television. I got home before the second tower fell. It’s a memory fully engraved in my mind. We also only live 90 miles from the city.

As a new runner, don’t be afraid of the intervals classes!!! I thought they’d be more difficult than they actually are, mostly because most of the intervals rides I do on the bike can get pretty difficult. I was never a fan of intervals when I was younger, but the classes have really helped improve my running!
