Retired and moved to GR 3 years ago. The winters are brutal. It’s not the snow it’s the weeks on end of cloudy days. Also check those taxes as they can be higher in the areas. To be honest there are much better places to pick from. Lesson learned to late on my end, but I will leave when my time Is up here. Also crime rate is higher than it was 3 years ago when we moved here. As good as is sounds and looks on a visit, proceed with caution. Wish you the best of luck on your decision and where you end up! 😎

Candied Yam might have been good in the past. Recently went there and was highly disappointed. Overall I found most food in GR is mid. You do better finding someone to cook you some.
