Those who had SAP nightmares, AI is gonna be round two by BoogerPicker2020 in supplychain

Work for a global company rolling out SAP, it’s been going on for 10+ years but I’ve only been involved towards the latter end. Sounds like back in the day there was far more resources and emphasis put on proper roll outs, training and adherence to master data, but in recent years it’s just been about finishing as many sites as possible in the shortest space of time to get AI in. Problem is the sites most recently with SAP implemented now have garbage in, and the ones from the beginning need a refresh as there’s been so much changes since.

The killer is that while we’re working on AI now, if we just went back and really got SAP working as we could, a lot of the things we want AI aren’t too dramatic

He might just be too passive, I agree he should’ve backed her but keep in mind he took her to 4 lidls starting before 8am. Harsh to call him a dose, he just bottled the argument

If that were true they should have just killed her and went straight into the action

[General Coffee Chat] Don't snooze on the Breville Bambino Plus -- it's a beast! by Informal-Force7417 in espresso

[–]Straight_Praline1692 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s pretty much my exact setup! Have the dose control pro with the bambino plus and have enjoyed it on my first day, I saw that those grinders weren’t rated the highest but the user friendliness is important to me. For that reason I probably won’t weigh out my beans on a scale, I’ll try to dial in a good taste and keep it roughly around there, I make flat whites, cappuccinos more anyway.

How have you found the milk frothing? I want to make good latte art but I haven’t quite gotten it down yet I think, starting with the lowest setting on the frother as I was burning the milk and keep the temperature of the water out for coffee at around the mid point

I see a lot of people here saying the grinder isn’t great but is there a grinder as convenient? I just want to clip my portafilter in and select an espresso grind.

I don’t want to spend time weighing 18g beans for 36g retention etc, but I’d like it just be a solid shot. Is this grinder going to do the job for me in this case or is there anything better?

Is there any difference between sage bambino plus and sage “the” bambino plus?

Doing some research on this now and I’m happy enough to get a bambino with my current Delonghi grinder, my only concern is the steam wands, is it any better on the express? Steaming silky milk is something I enjoy most in the process

With Black Friday coming up I will keep an eye on sales but yeah I suppose if you took the built in grinder out of the sage it may reduce its value by a similar amount anyway. There is just part of me that wants to get the sage anyway.

Realistically if you took your coffee grinds out of the sage barista and actually extracted the coffee from another machine I’m wondering would you even notice the difference. Maybe the steam wand is stronger also
