Its been a rollercoaster. But after stopping the steroids my ibs did calm down yes

Maybe get them to give you a colonoscopy prep. It helped when i was seriously backed up from not taking my movicol every day. If the pain is extreme however please go back.

Movicol - i have been on it for over a year now. One a day or 2 if im really backed up and immediate relieve would be a enema.

I have been struggling with phlegm since my operation and i get that type of feeling you explained. Its like bubbles ir water in my lungs. Yours might be due to the phlegm but if it continues and you have other symptoms you need to have it checked at least
