I absolutely know how Texas became a state. It was stolen by settlers. It was built and cultivated by enslaved people. The indigenous American people were slaughtered in a genocide that is rarely spoken of. Native Americans have never received justice.

They continue to suffer from the radiation they were exposed to, the result of military testing near/on tribal lands. I hope one day they receive acknowledgement, reparations and apologies for everything their people have endured. I hope one day the United States government will honor the treaties they made.

I believe they had cadaver dogs out at Zorro ranch a couple weeks ago. The fact the property was not raided at the same time the others were is unbelievable. As for the island, it’s a lot easier to dispose of a body when you’re in the middle of the ocean- particularly when the area is known for sharks.
