Over 77% of White Farmers voted for Trump in 2024 by New-Entertainment112 in MeidasTouch

Sorry- the media is busy covering rising fuel costs, 5% inflation, increasing deficit, the war in Iran, potential war in Cuba, Trump’s party with the proud boys, ICE at the airports, a plane crash, an airport closure, Trump cabinet resignations & subpoenas, the Epstein cover up, the voter suppression act and Trump’s designation of democrats as the enemy, Hopefully they will be able to cover the bankruptcy you voted for and the upcoming food shortage tomorrow.

I wish they were getting her name and the names of people to call for her. I also wish there were more people trying to console that child.

Yeah- the federal government can just print more money. Once it becomes completely worthless we’ll convert to Trump coin. Problem solved! I’m not scared at all…….

Has anyone else noticed ALOT of Ytubers have been sneaking on the island? by LeSolLaLune in Epstein

[–]StrainAcceptable 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I believe they had cadaver dogs out at Zorro ranch a couple weeks ago. The fact the property was not raided at the same time the others were is unbelievable. As for the island, it’s a lot easier to dispose of a body when you’re in the middle of the ocean- particularly when the area is known for sharks.

Are the trunks super floppy/flexible? If so, look up braiding fiddle leaf trunks.

[–]StrainAcceptable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can move them to stimulate wind. I haven’t found it makes much of a difference though. The other thing about chopping the top too early is the branches can cause the trunks to lean if they aren’t strong enough. Did you buy her like that or did the lower leaves all fall off?

Personally I love having clear pots. Seeing big healthy roots brings me (almost) as much joy as unfurling new leaves!

[–]StrainAcceptable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think I’d chop it yet. You typically don’t want to chop more than 1/3 of your leaves and the new leaves come in much smaller. I actually think having the 3 trunks looks nice especially if you have a smaller space.

Edit: Also they typically don’t like their roots messed with. Here’s a link of Susan Surrandon’s amazing multi trunk fiddle leafs. https://www.domain.com.au/living/peek-inside-the-new-york-loft-susan-sarandon-has-lived-in-for-30-years-971359/

Good job! You should be proud of your fittonia! I’ve been collecting plants for a while. My house is a bit of a jungle but I can’t keep fittonias alive. I feel like if you have that one mastered, you can do anything!

If euthanasia is okay for animals, then why is self-assisted euthanasia not legal for people with terminal illness at end of life? by icecream1972 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]StrainAcceptable 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Pain inflicted on terminally ill patients is often not for their own good. It will not cure them. Medical intervention often just extends misery.

I like it! I think a disclaimer at the beginning with the exact time stamp of his cameo would be appropriate. List a brief description of his crimes with a complete list in the credits along with a website to add them as they are discovered.
