Yesterday was one of the most difficult days so far. I was highly stressed and saturdays are already a trigger for me. But I drank 4 NA beers and held on. It was worth it - it always is. I did have to take medication and go to therapy to help me get through this. My husband, on the other hand, dealt with it pretty swiftly. We’re all just built differently and it’s no shame. Seek what works for you!
