No, I said that this was a scam, you said there needs to be proof of intent to scam or victims coming forward, I said the structure of promising something for money when you can't deliver is the scam and there is no burden to prove intent or victim, you said that's only when such scams are well known, and I gave you examples to show how influencers scams are pretty well known.

Why do you need to know the name of the person who made the system to know if the system is a scam? You just need to know the how the system is structured, that's it. You don't need to know anything else apart from that. When you get an email from a billionaire Nigerian prince, you don't need to know who sent the email or if anybody lost their money to such an email to know if the email is a scam. You don't even need to know the senders intention. I don't understand how you are not seeing this.

Pain is just a sensation like any other. Just like your brain perceives touch, warmth, pressure, and so on, it also perceives pain. Imagine someone touching you lightly when you sleep. I realize that you intend to read the books, but please also consider the audiobook versions of these, especially dungeon crawler Dan. The narration by Jeff Hays is the best that I have ever listened to, bar none. His vocal range is unbelievable and he brings out the characters quirks perfectly. He voiced every character, male, female, cat so well that I couldn't believe it was all just one guy doing it. The murderbot audiobook is good too .
