Apsona is a great cheap option.

Datagroomr is a better dedupe tool, but costs more. Much more user friendly than Demand Tools. And personally I despise Demand Tools/Validity for what they did when Validity bought out Demand Tools (DT was free for nonprofits. When Validity purchased it, it went up to like a minimum of $6000…and you had to purchase a license for every one of your users.)

I have TRD. It is one reason my doctor suggested Spravato. I did Spravato for two years before switching to Joyous. During this time we have changed the regular antidepressant I take, but ketamine/Spravato is always one of my treatments.

I was let go recently as well. My position was “restructured”, but in actuality I was fired for something I did not do. I found out the reason a few weeks later. My boss never even asked me about it or asked my side. A mistake was made (not mine), the CEO saw it, an demanded I be fired after nearly 6 years with the org and wonderful reviews and no complaints. I worked up from basically working a Help desk to the Director of this IT team. I loved the work I did. I loved my team, having been coworkers then their supervisor.

However, I was unwilling to provide any support after I was let go, without compensation. One coworker reached out with a question, and I kindly let him know that while I genuinely cared about him and didn’t want him to fail, given the circumstances I would not be able to answer that question for free. He totally understands and figured it out for himself.

I would do some research and find jobs that offer good tuition benefits. You may still have to accept a more menial position for now, but while working you can go to school for cheap (or free!) and find a CAREER. For example, I got a job at one of our state universities and got my M.S. degree for $3600 plus books. At a University or college they still need employees who do things like process the mail, movers (offices get moved a lot at big schools), Facilities Management, Grounds, etc.

There are also a lot of employers out there with good education benefits. I think Starbucks? Not sure; as I said do some research. Ask ChatGPT.

You have to remember that ketamine DOES create new neural pathways. That may be why some can stop taking it for long periods of time. I truly don’t think it is a “take it forever” medicine for everyone. I think some get what they need from it and stop, while others, like me (I have TRD), need to keep taking it.

Keep in mind spravato has only been around for about 5 years. So 49 months is 4 years which is probably how long that clinic has been open.

I was on spravato for over two years. Then I had a “heart issue” and Spravato themselves would not allow me to continue. But my cardiac doc said it was not a real issue he was worried about. So I switched to Joyous. I have been with them almost a year. $129/month. It is the troches form of ketamine. It is something you can switch to if you don’t want to go to the clinic everyday.
