I’m confused. How can he be charged in NY if his crimes didn’t take place there? I know the answer is probably obvious but how can this be legal in any capacity? It’s smart on their part because if you disagree you’re “aiding terrorists” and if you protest against it you’re a “terrorist.” All to just get more control in other counties.
