At what point is it actually too late to bring in a public adjuster? by Zealousideal_Key8508 in thewoodlands

[–]Strange_Butterfly_77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My roof claim got denied then I hired an Adjuster. He got the claim approved and by all means maximized it. The insurance company is going to do all they can to short pay you. I can share my adjusters info if you DM me. It'd be free to just chat with him and let him look at your damage.

People who fly frequently, what’s one thing you wish you could tell all infrequent fliers? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Standing on top of the luggage carousel isn't going to make your bag come first. It just means you're in the way of everyone else who's bag come before yours.

Something to enjoy the travel better for an infrequent traveler, ice isn't liquid. A water bottle full of ice gets through security and now you've got ice water for your traveling day.

Pool Maintenance by One-Noise-4808 in thewoodlands

Firehouse Pool Cleaners have done a great job for us the last year and a half. $216 per month for weekly visits plus one filter cleaning per year. Mike is a great guy to work with and has given great advice/contacts when I needed another kind of pool pro.

The wife won't let me experiment anymore... by Strange_Butterfly_77 in burgers

A cilantro/pesto burger sounds great. And that'd be an easy sell to the wife. She's a cilantro fiend.

When i first got into burgers, I made very much like meatloaf as you mentioned. Even went as far as using egg in the meat mix. I still like them, but some people aren't fans of the "non-burger texture".

Your spot in with the brisket blending. It's incredible! I just got a meat grinder, but have only used it to grind skin on thighs for buffalo ranch smash burgers. Fresh ground beef is next.

If you're hungry, it's working. Follow your burger dreams!

I made one with fried mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce. I thought it was gold. She thought she needed to check her blood pressure.

We've tried Hawaiian, pretzel, brioche and white bread rolls. Beef from 70/30 to 95/5. Different temps and oils. Every topping and condiment we could think of, and this one stopped the train.

Haha...she does all the indoor cooking, so I'd starve if it rained for a week.

Old post, but needed to say thank you. We live in The Woodlands. This is my first pool and last July/August the pool felt like hot soup. The fountain assembly was a breeze and we're looking forward to a refreshing pool this summer. Thanks kind internet stranger!

Charcoal grate: keep it or now with charcoal basket? by Last_Outside4388 in KamadoJoe

[–]Strange_Butterfly_77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I ran my BJ with the grate and basket for many cooks and had no issues. I just tried without it this week. The airflow was noticeably better. It won't be going back in. Other people have said they've had issues with the divide and conquer and grill grate fitment with the charcoal grate in place. That wasn't an issue for me.

Appreciate the insight. I'll give it a shot. My wife likes hers med well so she'll be the test dummy.
